Blood Unit PDF Reports

PDF reports provide a complete record of a blood unit's cold chain, including temperature logs, events, and summary information. Reports can be shared, downloaded, and sent to non-BloodCOMM users with traceable delivery.

Link Sharing & Download Availability

PDF reports can be shared via a secure link. Shared links are accessible by anyone, even without a BloodCOMM account. Each link remains valid for 7 days from the time of export. After this period, the link expires and a new report must be generated to access the file again.


Sending a Traceable PDF Report

To send a PDF report to a non-BloodCOMM user and keep a record of the delivery, use the Email Report event.
