Trials & Demos
Delta offers a comprehensive Demo Program
We have a demo program to allow customers to thoroughly evaluate our products and software before making a purchase. Demo's are available for hardware devices, accessories, and software subscriptions, and can be tailored to the specific needs of each evaluation.
The standard term for all demo agreements is 2–4 week from the date of shipment or activation. Extensions may be available upon request through your territory representative.
Hardware Devices Available for Demo
The following devices are available for demo evaluation:
- APRU-6L – Autonomous Portable Refrigeration Unit
- ICE-2L – Smart Blood Cooler
To request a demo device, please contact your territory representative. Demo units are subject to availability and are provided on a loan basis for the duration of the agreed demo term. Units must be returned in good working condition at the conclusion of the demo period. We require a signed demo agreement for all demos.
Accessories
A selection of compatible accessories is also available for demo alongside hardware devices. Accessories support a complete and realistic evaluation of the system in your intended use environment. Your territory representative can advise on which accessories are appropriate for your specific evaluation needs.
Software Trials: BloodCOMM® PRO and PREMIUM
Trial subscriptions are available for the following software tiers:
- BloodCOMM® PRO – Remote Blood Management System
- BloodCOMM® PREMIUM – Fully Automated Cold Chain & Blood Management
Software trials follow the same standard 2–4 week demo term as hardware demos.
Virtual Devices for Software-Only Trials
Customers who wish to evaluate BloodCOMM® software do not need to wait for a hardware purchase or physical device shipment. Software trials can be conducted immediately using virtual devices, which simulate the full functionality of a connected instrument within the software environment.
This allows customers to:
- Begin their software evaluation without delay
- Explore the full feature set of BloodCOMM® PRO or PREMIUM
- Make an informed software purchasing decision independently of hardware timelines
To activate a virtual device trial, contact your territory representative or reach out to our support team.
