BloodCOMM v3.0.7
This update includes improvements to the Blood Dashboard, performance improvements, and more!
New Features
- Blood Dashboard Tab System - Users may now create unique, filtered tabs on the blood dashboard for organizing their inventory.
- Blood Dashboard Default View - Non-Admin users will now default to only seeing blood that is checked into their assigned Devices. Use the "All Units" dropdown at the top left to see everything.
- Device Dashboard Performance - Major upgrade to how data loads, so that even the largest of organizations will be able to load data faster.
- Alert Responsiveness - As a part of an ongoing effort to improve the alerting system, Alerts are now more responsive, triggering and sending faster.
- Support Tickets - Users can now submit Support Tickets within the "Settings" page, prefilled with their account information.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Improved Registration and initial Event performance and reliability.
- Corrected the DIN Check Popup instantly hiding on mobile.
BloodCOMM v3.0.6
This update brings improvements and bug fixes to enhance your BloodCOMM experience.
New Features
- New Policy: Require Inspections on Registration
- If enabled, this policy will require that users perform an initial inspection on first registration.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Updated the Subscriptions settings page with more details on each subscription, along with Renewal instructions.
- Updated File Sharing tools on mobile devices to allow users to easily share files with other apps on their device, such as email or messaging apps.
- Removed Accessories form the "Check In" event.
- Corrected bug related to display of the final event information on the Blood Dashboard.
BloodCOMM v3.0.5
This update brings new features and improvements to enhance your BloodCOMM experience.
New Features:
- New Alerting System - Enhanced Notifications and Alerts
- Temperature Warning Alerts - Receive alerts for temperature deviations in real-time.
- Improved response time - BloodCOMM will send alerts as soon as the device reports the temperature deviation, ensuring timely notifications.
- Note: Temperature Warnings are opt-in, and must be enabled on the "Alert Triggers" settings page.
- Info: Other alerts (low battery, etc) will be improved in a future release.
- Temperature Warning Policy
- Admins can set their organizational policy for temperature warnings, for any temperatures above/below the defined set points.
- Admin Visibility into Alert Settings
- Admins can now view the alert preferences set for each user, including if their email and/or SMS alerts are enabled or disabled.

This update brings new features and improvements to enhance your BloodCOMM experience.
New Features:
- Inspection Policy - Inspections at a Set Time
- Inspections can now be scheduled as specific times on specific days, with an "Inspection Period" where users can perform inspections within a designated timeframe.
- BloodCOMM Connect Support
- Added support for BloodCOMM Connect devices, enabling seamless integration and enhanced device management capabilities.
- Includes visibility into connectivity status, battery level, and nearby devices
- Note: Connect devices must be updated to v0.1.0 - please connect to WiFi to receive this update.
- Note: Support will be registering Connect devices, please contact support if your devices are not appearing as expected.

BloodCOMM v3.0.3
This update brings new features and improvements to event management, organization autofill, and dashboard functionality.
New Features:
- New Login Page and User Interface Enhancements
- The login page has been redesigned to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. The new interface includes improved navigation, clearer prompts, and enhanced accessibility features to ensure that all users can easily access their accounts and navigate the BloodCOMM platform with ease.
- SSO and Google Authentication Support for Streamlined Access. Contact BloodCOMM Sales for more information regarding SSO / SAML access.
- The login flow has changed to now require entering your email first, then password.
- Blood Bank and Administrative access
- Blood Banks can request access to their BloodCOMM account, allowing them to view and manage their blood unit data directly across all client organizations.
- Administrative organizations can also request similar access to their subordinate organizations, enabling them to oversee and manage the blood unit data of their branches or affiliated entities.
- Auto-Archiving of Inactive Blood Units
- A new organizational policy allows for the automatic archiving of blood units that have been inactive for a specified period of time.
- GPS Location History
- The GPS Dashboard can now show the location history of devices over the past week, and show the resulting service area each device has covered.
Improvements and Fixes
- Timezone support for the full Blood Management System.
- Improved time and temperature inputs on Blood Events
- Improved and updated user profile page
BloodCOMM v3.0.2
This update brings new features and improvements to event management, organization autofill, and dashboard functionality.
New Features:
- Organization Autofill Management and Policy controls
- Settings > Organization > Form Control
- New Shipping Event
- Enter tracking numbers, and record the temperature before and after the shipment, as well as the amount of time in transit.
- Admins are now able to edit Event details
- Edited events will be marked with an "Edited" badge, and the event chronology and timeline will update accordingly to reflect any changes in event timestamps. This ensures that all users have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding each event in the system. A history of edits is saved and accessible by clicking on the event icon.
- In-App API Key Generation for Software Partners and API Access

- Improvements to Smart Autocomplete functionality
- The Event Timeline can now be exported to a PDF.
- Fahrenheit support for Blood Dashboard, Reports, PDFs, and CSVs
