All licensed devices are able to be accessed via the website or mobile app, remotely from anywhere there is internet access. Cloud access includes:

Each organization that purchases BloodCOMM is assigned an Organization, which enables:
- Multiple Permissions Levels.
- User Management.
- Team Management, including team-based device access.
- Device nicknames and organization-wide device management.
