Operative IQ® Integration
Configure the Operative IQ integration to sync temperature monitoring data with your BloodCOMM devices.
How does it work?
Integrating BloodCOMM with Operative IQ allows for seamless management of your temperature data and device monitoring directly within the Operative IQ platform.
This integration requires an active Operative IQ account and a valid BloodCOMM subscription.
At this time, the Operative IQ integration is only compatible with BloodCOMM Pro, and does not require Premium.
When integrating with Operative IQ, the following data is shared between BloodCOMM and Operative IQ:
- Real-time temperature readings from connected devices
- Device Nicknames, Identifiers, and Subscription Status
- Device Manager (Read Only)
- Real-time device status (battery, holdover, etc.)
- Device Dashboard
- Historic temperature data Logs
- Device Reports
GPS information, alerts, user accounts, user preferences, organization settings, blood bags, and personal information are not shared between BloodCOMM and Operative IQ.
Steps to Enable the Integration
Enabling the Operative IQ integration is primarily done through the Operative IQ platform. However, you will need to verify and gather the following information:
- Your BloodCOMM Organization ID
- Available on the BloodCOMM Organization settings page
- Verify that your devices have an active BloodCOMM Pro (or higher) subscription
- Email support@deltadevteam.com to enable the integration on your account.
- This is a one-time flag required for security purposes.
Enabling the Integration
Please refer to the Operative IQ documentation for detailed steps on enabling and configuring the BloodCOMM integration within their platform. A brief summary of the steps is as follows:
