Device Dashboard

The Dashboard is the central hub for BloodCOMM Devices, providing an overview of all connected device.

The dashboard has multiple features, including:

  • Online Tab
    • Devices connected via Bluetooth (Mobile Only)
    • Devices connected to the Cloud.
    • Devices connected to both Bluetooth and the Cloud.
  • Offline Tab
    • Bluetooth Devices which are no longer in range.
    • Cloud devices that have not recently connected to the server.

Online Devices
For Cloud devices, BloodCOMM restricts access based on the Teams assigned with your Organization. The Organization Manager and Organization Admins are able to view all devices. Members are restricted to viewing only devices assigned to the same team(s) as they are on.

Cloud devices are added to your organization by BloodCOMM Support. If a device is not visible and you are sure you have correct permissions, have an Admin submit an add request from the Settings page.

Online devices are those that are currently connected to BloodCOMM. These devices can be monitored in real-time, allowing users to see their current status download reports, and receive alerts.

Bluetooth Devices remain Online as long as they are within Bluetooth range of the mobile device. Cloud devices remain online as long as they have connected to the internet within the past 30 minutes.

When logged in to your BloodCOMM Account, cloud devices will automatically appear. Tapping on any cloud device will immediately download the report.

Realtime data will be presented automatically on the Device Dashboard for any nearby devices. Devices which are connctected via Bluetooth will show a grey Bluetooth icon on the bottom right. Tapping on the device will immedately start the Bluetooth download.

Devices which are connected via BOTH Bluetooth and the BloodCOMM Cloud will show a "Connected" icon on the bottom right. Tapping on these devices will prompt to select either the Bluetooth or the Cloud report to download.

Offline Devices

Offline devices are those that are no longer connected to BloodCOMM. These devices were recently connected, but have since gone out of Bluetooth range or have lost internet connectivity.

All Delta devices have internal memory, allowing them to store data. This data will be uploaded to the Cloud once the device reconnects to the internet.

However, when disconnected, devices are unable to be remotely monitored and alerts will not be sent out.
