Archiving
Archiving is the process of removing a blood unit from the default Dashboard view. Archived blood units are not deleted, and can be restored at any time.
Archiving applies on a per-organization basis. This means that if a blood unit is archived in one organization, it will not be archived in another organization.
This allows your team to hide blood units which have been returned or used, without affecting the visibility of the blood unit in other organizations or with your Blood Bank.
Archiving
"Archiving" is the process of removing a blood unit from the default Dashboard view. Archived blood units are not deleted, and can be restored at any time. This is useful for blood units that have been returned to the Blood Bank or used, and no longer need to be actively tracked.
Archive Tab
The Archive tab is located in the top left corner of the Dashboard. Click on the Archive tab to view all archived blood units.
Archiving does not add a Cold Chain Event to the timeline.
In order to un-archive a blood unit, an event must be added to the cold chain by your Organization.
